Sweet Friends' shop policies
All artwork here is created by Elisabete Santos and subject to copyright. The shop will be updated regularly with new products. Every 1-3 weeks, we have sculptures for sale! These are highly sought after and sell out very fast. Please read our FAQ to prepare for these special sales.

Returns and exchanges
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Sculpture returns and exchange details
All sculptures are made with strong polymer clay. Though it is a durable medium, it is also prone to breaking if mistreated. They should be treated as fragile and handled gently. If your item arrives damaged, please email me with photos of the damage to . Most breaks can be fixed with a little super glue or can be sent back for repairs/resculpt if the damage is extensive.
These items are only returnable/ refundable for the following reasons:
The buyer’s remorse for an item (change of mind) is not eligible to be refunded or returned.
Please be sure to read the full description of an item before purchasing, and take care that you are buying an item you truly want! Contact us at if you do find any issues with your order.
I generally ship within one to three days of receiving an order but can make a special trip if something is needed sooner. All items come carefully wrapped in a Sweet Friends gift box. This is then placed in another box with more padding to ensure safe shipping. I take extreme care to get your item to you safely. Sculptures are shipped by CTT Portugal, and delivery confirmation is required for these rates.
I’m happy to offer worldwide shipping for all sculptures and Gift Shop items! I’m, however, not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The buyer will be responsible for taxes, duties, and any additional customs fees for their own country. Please do not ask me to mark your item as a "gift". This is illegal and can get me in a lot of trouble. Custom fees aren't fun, but it is not worth the risk to my business to do so. Even the buyer can get in big trouble if it is found they purchased an item and did not have the customs filled out honestly.
Please note, it can take up to 6 weeks for an international package to arrive at times, so please be patient.
